Ordained to Serve: A Joyful Gift to Kristu Jyoti Province

With deep joy and gratitude to God, we, the Congregation of the Blessed Sacrament, Kristu Jyoti Province, share the blessed news of the priestly ordination of Rev. Fr. Joyson SSS, Rev. Fr. Lucas SSS, and Rev. Fr. Ajit SSS. Fr. Joyson SSS was ordained on 15 April, Fr. Lucas SSS on 18 April, and Fr. Ajit SSS on 26 April—three grace-filled moments in the life of our Province and the Church.

These sacred ordinations were conferred by Bishop Vlan Arasu, Bishop Sarath Chandra Naik, and Bishop Kishore Kumar Kujur during solemn Eucharistic celebrations, with the presence of priests, religious, family members, and the faithful who gathered in prayer and thanksgiving.

On the following day of their ordination, each of the newly ordained priests celebrated their First Thanksgiving Eucharist, offering their priesthood back to God in gratitude and beginning their sacred ministry at the altar of the Lord. Their journey from the diaconate to the priesthood reflects a life of prayer, formation, and generous service within our Congregation.

As they begin this new chapter, we entrust Fr. Joyson SSS, Fr. Lucas SSS, and Fr. Ajit SSS to the Lord, praying that they may be faithful ministers of the Eucharist, true to the charism of our Founder, and joyful witnesses of Christ, bringing the love of the Blessed Sacrament to all whom they serve.
